Being a small rural community, Challis and the surrounding County do not have easy access to contractors and service providers needed to accommodate non-resident property owners. Red Dog either provides or can arrange for any of the required services including yard and gardening maintenance, All season security and environmental checks and monitoring, and pre-arrival preparations and customized concierge services.

Red Dog Property Services offers an old-fashioned work ethic and can-do attitude. You won’t just have a Property Manager, Caretaker or Gardener, you’ll have friends who care about you and your home.
Whether you have a vacation home or are away for the winter or summer Red Dog can keep an eye on things for you while you are away. Whether we are simply monitoring unusual activity or game animal activity we can assist keeping you informed and minimize or eliminate property damage.
Red Dog will take care of outside maintenance requirements reliably and quickly. We can provide regular yard and gardening services, or other outside services as well as inside maintenance issues. We can also arrange for and manage larger more significant contracted projects as required.
Here in Central Idaho, the environment can be harsh in the winter and even sometimes in the summer. Red Dog can assist nob-resident owners by monitoring property environment elements like heat or cooling systems, lighting and water lines monitoring. We can either provide or probably know someone who can provide for snow removal and most any other environmental issue either inside or out.
Planning a return to your property and unable to bring or purchase items ahead of time? Let Red Dog prepare your home by turning on the heat or water or cleaning. Red Dog can provide a host of concierge services from grocery shopping, to arranging for transportation possibly or other services that you might need. If we can’t do it, we probably know someone who can assist.
