Red Dog provides links from our website to our system provider, Hemlane Systems where Tenants can make rent payments and request maintenance. Owners can monitor property status and any ongoing maintenance requests.
No more short stop of rent payments through the property manager and then to the owners. Red Dog provides a process (through Hemlane) that allows net rent payments to go direct to the owners banks! This eliminates time and worry over receiving rent payments timely.
Red Dog takes the worry out of finding and managing tenants. We will advertise, coordinate legal documents, arrange for move-ins and move-outs, and any other activity related to tenant management.
Whether the maintenance request comes from the tenant or the owner, Red Dog will take care of the request reliably and quickly. We can provide regular yard and gardening services, or other outside services as well as inside maintenance issues. We can also arrange for and manage larger more significant contracted projects as required.
